About Us

In the fall of 1999, as my daughter Katie's high school dance team was preparing for their National Dance Team competition in Orlando, Florida, a group of Pom moms and I came up with a unique gift to give to our daughters. It has always been a tradition to present the girls with a gift the night before they left for competition. The moms decided to give something to the girls that would be functional as well as a meaningful reminder of our love and support for them.

With the help of a few very committed and creative moms, we created our own bag design, then had the bags embroidered with each girl's name. The bag was such a hit that we decided to have one made for each mom as well as all the coaches. Needless to say, the bags were a success.

As our girls went on to college the following year we continued to make bags to support their new schools and organizations. It was obvious that we were our children's biggest fans. By April of 2001 the Original Fansac Company was born.

My commitment is to create a fun way for kids, parents, coaches, groups and teams to promote what they love to do. First and foremost, I am still a mom who will always support my kid's activities.
