Shipping and Handling
In order to keep your final cost as low as possible, all orders are shipped exclusively via The United States Postal Service from our fulfillment center in central Missouri, U.S.
Orders in which the total combined item weight is under one pound are shipped via USPS First Class Mail service for a flat rate of $2.50. The shipping rates for orders in which the total weight of the items exceeds one pound will be calculated in real-time according to the current rates from our zip code to yours.
Domestic orders: Shipping rates for purchases at our website are based upon the total item weight of your order and are calculated in real-time according to the current published USPS rates to your location. Priority Mail, Express Mail and regular Parcel Post services are available to all 50 of the United States.
International orders: Shipping rates for purchases at our website are based upon the total item weight of your order and are calculated in real-time according to the current published USPS rates to your location. Global Priority, Global Express, Airmail and Economy Surface(ocean freight) options are available to most international destinations.
Damage in Shipment
We take every possible precaution to ensure that your order will arrive unharmed. Should damage occur in transit, please retain the product and all packing materials and return to us following the return policy described below. A replacement product will be forwarded to you as soon as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from our website. Any product may be returned for a full refund up to 10 days from the date of receipt. Your account will be fully credited (less shipping) within 48 hours of the return.
